'We're currently helping out a client in Crandall, Texas who reached out to us due to a pesky wall leak causing damage to the sheetrock and the carpet. To get to the root of the problem, we first cut an access in the sheetrock wall where we found that a leaky manifold was the culprit. Our team then swiftly rebuilt the manifold using top-quality Nibco Propress Copper fittings to ensure durability and efficiency, putting a permanent stop to the leak. Additionally, we recommended our client to a reliable water extraction company to help restore the carpet and sheetrock to its former glory. Another job well done for the team!'

Just wrapped up a job in Garland, Texas, close to the Goodwill Store & Donation Center on Shiloh Rd. Our client contacted us for an urgent gas leak issue. Atmos had to shut off their gas due to safety concerns. Quickly, we got to work, thoroughly testing the system to pinpoint the source of the leak. Turns out, it was the yard line that was causing the problem. We immediately excavated the old line, about 50 feet in length, and replaced it with a new medium density poly pipe. The very next day, we managed to schedule and pass an inspection, getting our client's gas back on within 24 hours after it was shut off—a stellar accomplishment for us!

Having received a distress call from Plano, Texas about an urgent Atmos shutoff due to a leak, we suited up to fix the problem pronto. Understanding that the unexpected gas shutoff just a few days before a holiday meant quick assistance was crucial, we promptly located the leak within a few hours, thanks to our meticulous examination. To expedite the repair, we used Warflex Max Stainless Steel Corrugated Tubing in the attic. Luckily, our office personnel are super efficient and arranged an emergency inspection on the occupied home on the same day. So, we successfully restored their gas system, saving their holidays.

We were contacted by a homeowner in Mesquite, Texas, situated near the Gibson Outpost & Shooting Range, who was having a bit of trouble with a clogged and leaking A/C condensation line. This issue had begun to cause damage to the exterior soffit of their home. To solve this problem, we stepped in with Charlotte PVC schedule 40 pipes and fittings, paired with a Proflo solvent weld full port ball valve. We fused everything together using Oatley rain or shine glue and primer for a secure fit. Solving problems, one house at a time!

In this task, we became sculptors, fusing the joints together with Oatley rain or shine glue and primer. A new life has been breathed into the sewer system, ready to brave time and elements. It's a pleasure to be problem solvers and to use the best products to carry out the job. Our clients' peace of mind - that's our ultimate goal. Voila! Sewer problems solved!

We just helped Dallas International School with a gas leak issue they were experiencing. They reached out to us with concerns about persistent gas odors potentially affecting students and staff. Our solution came in the form of Charlotte PVC pipe and fittings. We attached these to the discharge vent of the gas regulator and rerouted the discharge point to an area free of pedestrian traffic. With this maneuver, we effectively eliminated the gas smell by diverting a normal function of the regulator to a safer location. Great teamwork made this quick resolution possible!

After receiving a call about a leaking water heater, we swiftly replaced the worn-out unit with a fresh 50 gallon gas water heater by Bradford White. To ensure a reliable connection, we utilized a Nibco propress ball valve, Falcon stainless steel flex supplies and copper fittings. We also incorporated an Oatey aluminum drain pan to prevent any future leaks and finally, we used the Brasscraft gas flex to skillfully install the unit. Feels good to resolve issues while helping clients maintain peace of mind in their own homes!

We're out here in Foney, Texas today, where a client reached out to us with a problem - a constantly running toilet. Not the most pleasant situation to be in! How did we fix it? We gave the toilet a minor rebuild to stop that water wastage. Our tools of choice were a Korky quick fill valve to control the water level in the tank, and a red Korky Plus flapper to seal it off after each flush. Now, the customer can enjoy a reliable and quiet flush each time without the worry of water-logging. We believe in simple solutions for everyday problems!

We're here on site where we were called out to investigate a case of recurring clogged drains. The culprit? A seriously damaged sewer drain made of cast iron. To figure this out, we professionally performed a video camera inspection. We used our trusty tool, the Rigid video camera - the sea snake. The result? Clear as day images showing us that this sewer drain needs immediate replacing. It's a good thing our client contacted us before this became a larger issue. Another day, another drain saved.
